BCM World School offers admissions from Pre Nursery to Class 3rd (Age limit 2 years to 8 years). The new Session begins in April every year. Registration begins by September every year preceeding the new session. After the personal interview, the admission is confirmed for the desired class provided all the required documents have been submitted.
Documents Required
The following documents must be submitted along with the admission form:
1. Attested copy of Birth Certificate of student clearly specifying date of Birth (issuance by Municipal Corporation or any other Competent Authority). The date of birth of the student must match with that according to the birth certificate.
2. Transfer certificate (If applicable) from previous school.
Progress Report / Marks sheet (if applicable) from previous school.
3. Blood Group Report.
4. Five passport sized photographs of students.
5. One photograph of student with both mother and father.
One photograph of student with guardian.
6.Parents and the student may be invited for an interaction with the School Principal during the admission process. Dates for the same will be duly notified.
Entrance Test
The prospective students must fulfill the age criteria and having studied the requisite level of studies required, with a pass, for admission into the desired grade / class
Registration and Interaction
Completed application form along with supporting documents should be submitted in person at the school campus between 9.00 am – 2.00 pm on all working days except Sundays. The following is the list of documents/material to be submitted along with the completed application form:

3. Five passport size photographs of child
4. Transfer Certificate (If applicable) from previous school
5. Blood Group Report of child
The following is the list of documents/material to be submitted after admission has been granted:
Original Transfer Certificate / School Leaving Certificate duly attested (For Grade 2 and above)
Photocopy of Report Card of last examination passed (For Grade 3 and above, if applicable)
The Admit Slip/Card will be issued to the student if all documents are in order, stating the date and time for further interaction. The dates can change with prior notice. Student will be expected to carry the Admit Slip/Card along for all future interactions.
Parents/Guardians and the students may be invited for an interaction with the school Principal during the admission process.
The School Management is the final authority granting the confirmation of Admission.
Fee Collection Detail Quarter Wise
Fees are to be paid quarterly as per the following schedule:
1st quarter by 15th April
2nd quarter by 15th July
3rd quarter by 15th October
4th quarter by 15th January
If fee is not deposited as per schedule, a late fine of Rs.50/- per day will be charged after due date.
If school fee is not deposited by 30th of the month, a student`s name is liable to be struck off the rolls. In that case, the child will need to seek re-admission by depositing Admission fee.
